A contribution to the teaching of phraseological translation: analysis translation of some adverbial phrases from Don Quixote, translated by Rif`at`Atfah

In this article, a translation analysis is carried out of some adverbial phrases taken from the universal work of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, Don Quixote, and its Arabic version translated by the Syrian Rif`at `Atfah, emphasizing the techniques of translation used by the translator. Likewise, each adverbial phrase analyzed is defined and alternative translations of a phraseological nature are offered, except in cases of null equivalence. Likewise, an annex is added to this article that contains the adverbial phrases from our corpus, accompanied by their corresponding Arabic phrases that have been located by applying phraseological correspondence search techniques. . This work aims to contribute to the improvement of the teaching-learning of phraseological translation, especially the translation of adverbial phrases.
