Perception formative and shared evaluation: a didactic experience according to the evaluations of teachers and students

The present work focuses on the Initial Teacher Training (FID) specifically in the Pedagogy career in physical education, whose objective is to determine the perception that teachers and students have regarding the formative and shared evaluation (EFC) implemented in four subjects of different career training levels. Said implementation was carried out in the following stages: planning among the teachers of the subjects around the application of the EFC, socialization and implementation with the students to establish group goals in pursuit of teamwork and evaluation of the experience through groups. focal points for both teachers and students. Among the main results, the positive assessment of students and teachers to the reflective and feedback spaces that promotes a greater commitment of the student body stands out, while certain difficulties are observed in the distribution of leadership in the work groups that reveals an inequitable view. of the final evaluation process.
